Setting up Always-On Display

Open Settings

Go to your tablet's Settings app — usually a gear icon in the app drawer or notification shade.

Find Display settings

Look for a section called Display, Display & Brightness, or Screen.

Disable screen timeout

Set Screen timeout or Sleep to Never, or enable the Always-On Display toggle if your device has one.

Keep it charged

Plug the tablet into a charger so it stays powered around the clock.

Samsung Galaxy Tab

Open SettingsDisplay

Tap Screen timeout and select Never

Optionally enable Always On Display for a dim always-visible mode

iPad

Open SettingsDisplay & Brightness

Tap Auto-Lock and select Never

In SettingsAccessibilityGuided Access you can lock the display to the photo page

Other Android tablets

Open SettingsDisplay (or Screen)

Tap Sleep or Screen timeout and choose Never or the longest available option
