Open Settings
Go to your tablet's Settings app — usually a gear icon in the app drawer or notification shade.
Find Display settings
Look for a section called Display, Display & Brightness, or Screen.
Disable screen timeout
Set Screen timeout or Sleep to Never, or enable the Always-On Display toggle if your device has one.
Keep it charged
Plug the tablet into a charger so it stays powered around the clock.
Samsung Galaxy Tab
Open Settings → Display
Tap Screen timeout and select Never
Optionally enable Always On Display for a dim always-visible mode
iPad
Open Settings → Display & Brightness
Tap Auto-Lock and select Never
In Settings → Accessibility → Guided Access you can lock the display to the photo page
Other Android tablets
Open Settings → Display (or Screen)
Tap Sleep or Screen timeout and choose Never or the longest available option
